The Role
As a Senior Care Worker, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional person-centred care while leading and supporting the care team. Key Responsibilities
Support Registered Nurses in assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality care.
Provide hands-on care while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
Lead, motivate, and support care colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes.
Maintain accurate care records, assessments, reviews, and care plans.
Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
Lead by example and promote a positive, supportive culture throughout the home.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a Senior Care Worker or within a similar care setting.
A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Confidence using digital care systems and IT applications.
Registration with the SSSC, or willingness to register within the required timeframe.
SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare (or equivalent)
