Salary: £13.90 - £14.50 per hour + Competitive Benefits + Overtime Rates

The Role

As a Senior Care Worker, you'll work alongside our Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional person-centred care while leading and supporting the care team. Key Responsibilities

• Support Registered Nurses in assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality care.
• Provide hands-on care while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
• Lead, motivate, and support care colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes.
• Maintain accurate care records, assessments, reviews, and care plans.
• Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
• Lead by example and promote a positive, supportive culture throughout the home.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Worker or within a similar care setting.
• A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Confidence using digital care systems and IT applications.
• Registration with the SSSC, or willingness to register within the required timeframe.
• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare (or equivalent)
