Starting pay is £12.88 during training rising to £13.23 on successful completion of training and a further uplift to £13.85 following completion of SVQ 3.

What you’ll do:
Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Assist in care planning, and record-keeping.
Administer medication
Learn leadership skills to supervise and guide care staff.
Promote a safe, caring, and positive environment.
What we’re looking for:
Experienced Care/Support Worker with a minimum of SVQ 2
Registered with the SSSC
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to attend our Senior Care Worker Training Programme and develop into the senior role.
